Rosemary

New studies show that consuming small doses of the herb "Rosemary" in food, or even smelling the essential oil of Rosemary, significantly increases memory and recall.  The ancient Greeks put sprigs of Rosemary in their hair at test time to improve memory function.  To maximize memory, consider using Rosemary in food, or sniff the oil or plant for instant memory enhancement!
