Walking on Earth


Walking on the earth barefoot creates a direct bond with earth's electro-magnetic energy, and helps us feel connected to nature.  Some studies show it might actually increase immune function as well.  
 Try walking outside barefoot (safely) on non-paved surfaces several times a week, even in winter to increase your connection with the earth.  If the thought makes you laugh, that's a healthy thing too.
