Consider cooking with Turmeric


Turmeric (curcumin) has anti-inflammatory properties, which are beneficial in preventing Alzheimer's Disease and Coronary Artery Disease.  Many Indian dishes contain Turmeric, and the incidence of cardiovascular disease is much lower in that country.  Consider cooking with Turmeric, or add it as a supplement if needed to improve cardiovascular health.
