What is a Guava


Guava is one of the most nutrient dense(aka healthiest) fruits and is known to offer amazing health benefits. This tropical fruit is a powerhouse of vitamin C and  its vitamin C content is twice that of an Orange. It is also rich in fiber  and potassium. Guava when eaten with seeds can help relieve constipation. It is a heart healthy and a diabetic friendly fruit.
